    Lower ground flat at Sillwood Street, 5 minutes walk to the main shopping mall in Brighton.

    • Living room - A comfy futon sofa bed that can fit two more people in comfortably. The dining table for two in the living room, which can double as a workspace using the 100mbps fibre broadband. The 40inch smart TV attached on a sleek and classy walnut wood tripod with Netflix, Disney plus and Amazon Prime Video all included.

      A wide selection of Brighton themed books can be found on the shelves. There are also a selection of board games.

    • Kitchen - Newly installed units, Oven/Hob/Grill for cooking your own meals, along with a fridge freezer. All it takes is a touch of the button to have freshly brewed espresso coffee from the Pixie Nespresso Coffee Machine. There is a separate milk frother in case you are more of a latte person. Tea person? Tea is also available.

    • Courtyard - Your own private courtyard is situated to the rear of the property complete with a table and chairs, great for al fresco dining or a morning coffee. There is an amazing and colorful 4-meter wall mural illustrated by the Italian artist Riccardo Matlakas.

    • Bedroom - There is a double bed. Sleep in comfort sheets on a super comfy pocket sprung mattress. A clothes rack is provided hangers.

  • - Maximum 4 guests ONLY. You may not exceed this number of guests staying at the accommodation without obtaining the prior written approval of the Host. Where you breach this rule you will be responsible for an additional charge. The additional charge shall be the higher of: £200 per additional guest and the average price per guest of the booking per additional guest.

    - Gatherings and parties are NOT permitted in the flat at any time Parties and Social Gatherings are prohibited from taking place at the Accommodation. Should you have a party or social gathering you will be responsible for an additional charge. The additional charge shall be the higher of: £200 per person attending the party or social gathering (over and above the number of booked guests) or a one-off payment of £500.

    - We have neighbours and therefore we request that you keep the noise within acceptable levels. Where the Host receives a noise complaint you will be responsible for an additional charge of a minimum of £200 per complaint. This will be subject to the level of the noise disturbance caused.

    - Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times on the premises. This causes damage to the property, can leave a strong smell and we do not allow this. Should we find any evidence of smoking taking place on the premises, including a lingering smell or the remnants of cigarettes – we shall charge an additional fee of £300.

    - Pets are strictly prohibited at all times on the premises. Should you bring a pet onto the premises we may terminate our agreement with you and request that you vacate the premises. We may agree in writing before the Check-In Date to allow for pets and will inform you whether this is possible, dependent upon the premises, as well as any additional fees in respect of allowing pets. However the default position without prior agreement is that pets are prohibited.

    - £50 extra fee if failed to the key back into the keybox when checked out as it will affect the next check in.
